Harry MYP debates Youth’s Reputation

Harry Carter appears on BBC’s Tony Livesey’s show, to respond to Jamie Oliver’s comments that young people are lazy. On the 5 Live debate Harry correctly identifies this as a sweeping generalization, and also highlights the great examples of young people working hard and contributing to their communities.

“A person who does not put back into society is always wrong, but they are not always a young person. Laziness can exist at any age, so it’s wrong to target young people as the source of all of a city’s problems”
