Harry speaks on the Alternative to EMA

Harry talks about the proposed alternative to EMA, to support the underprivileged in their further education. He challenges the government to ensure that this policy is not merely a knee jerk reaction to the unpopularity of scrapping EMA.

“Supporting the vulnerable and providing them with opportunity in education is essential. Any policy designed to do this must be well thought out, and not a tool to gain popularity” – Harry Carter
